After working 24/7/365 in the world of professional sports with the Hartford Yard Goats in Downtown Hartford, Danielle Chylinski had a thought…

“What if I gave this kind of energy to small businesses?”

While juggling a full-time role as a Marketing & Promotions Manager, she had two big realizations:

1. This job isn’t meant for one person. The creative load, planning, execution, engagement, communication — it’s too much without constant collaboration.

2. What if there was a team of experts who integrated into a client’s team — without sacrificing their own quality of life? A group that communicates clearly, shows up fully, and makes every move with intention.

Armed with a degree in Communication- Public Relations and a serious & experience talent for showing up in the chaos, Danielle’s spent the last 5 years building a non-traditional agency — one rooted in intention, partnership, and real strategy.
