A deep dive into your current strategies & results to understand the best aligned next steps for a business & who they are trying to serve!
Think about our process similar to an x-ray with a doctor. You go to the doctor, you get an x-ray to get a clear picture of what’s really going on below the surface. The doctor analyzes the results with the only information they have, they they discuss and go back & forth with you, and then you both collectively decide how you’d like to move foward.
Three days prior to your session we’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out. This will provide us with a better understanding of where you & your business are at! From there, our team will research and analyze your online presence before our call!
(1) Audit Strategy Session
This call will serve as a basic overview for us to get realllllly into the happenings of your business. We’ll decide on a one-hour in-person or recorded Google Meet, whichever works best for you! During this session, we’ll talk through & share what Chylinski Media would advise if your company were one of our contracted clients! We want to understand your current workflow & structure so we can figure out how to support your short & long-term goals.
Things like… The dos & donts? Ins & outs? Branding aligned? Tone? Posting cadence? Goals? Reputation differentiation? What keeps you up at night? Types of posts? What’s holding you back? Ego? Inspo? Graphics? Images? Videos? Engagement? Systems & processes in place or to implement? Past experience working with a social team? Dream scenario?! … ALLLLLL THE THINGS!!!
This session will also allow you to see our communication style, vibe & how we operate as a partner! Anddd if there’s anything else that’s top of mind for you or comes up during the session, bring it up! The goal is to talk through anything & everything to help gain as much clarity as we can.
(2) Proposed Agreement
We now understand your business, goals, processes & marketing needs!
Following the Audit Strategy Session, we will provide a proposal outlining the services & scope of work we recommend based on our discussion.
From there, you can choose (1) Woohoooo! I’m happy with my session, thanks but no thanks, I got this on my own! OR (2) LOVED THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT! Let’s dooooo the damn thing!
(3) Begin Partnership Alignment Integration
Once we’ve determined how we want to collectively move forward with a signed agreement, our partnership alignment integration will begin!
